Service scope
Routewise provides educational decision support and application organisation. It does not submit applications, represent a university, issue scholarships, provide legal or visa advice, or promise admission, funding, a visa, employment, housing or safety.
Your responsibilities
Users must enter information honestly, keep purchase access secure, verify current rules with official sources, involve a parent or guardian where required and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Source-reviewed planning records
Paid records use official programme, funding and visa sources and show the date and cycle status reviewed. Costs and rupee conversions remain planning estimates. A prior-cycle source is labelled until the 2027/28 call is published.
Products and access
The Reality Check costs INR 0. Live Plan costs INR 299 one time during the founding offer. INR 1,199 is offer-value positioning, not a claim that it was previously sold at that price. The separate Business Abroad Guide costs INR 299 at launch and is presented as INR 1,999 in guide value, not as a claim that it was previously sold at that price. Buying one product does not unlock the other. Checkout requires an email but no password or verification link before payment. Purchased access and downloaded PDFs remain available permanently. Routewise promises source maintenance for these 2027/28 products through 31 October 2028. Human-Verified is a waitlist service and is not currently for sale.
Payments and refunds
Razorpay processes Live Plan and Business Abroad Guide payments. A seven-day refund may be requested only before the relevant paid PDF is first downloaded. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and technical access failures are handled under the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy. This voluntary condition does not limit remedies required by applicable Indian consumer law. A captured payment unlocks access; failed, refunded or disputed payments do not.
Digital delivery
Routewise products are digital and are normally made available after successful payment verification. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery, access recovery and availability are described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Corrections
A correction submission enters a review queue and does not immediately change a record. Consequential changes should include an official HTTPS source and be logged with their review outcome.
Commercial relationships
No university commission relationship is included. Any future commission, referral fee or sponsored placement must be labelled beside the affected record and must not secretly alter recommendation logic.
Liability and changes
To the extent allowed by law, Routewise is not liable for decisions made by institutions, funders, visa authorities, employers or accommodation providers. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes to paid features, privacy practices or refund terms must be announced clearly.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the merchant's registered place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and dispute-resolution remedies. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent through the Contact Us page.
