Digital-product cancellation
Routewise sells digital planning products that are prepared and made accessible after payment verification. An unpaid or failed order can be abandoned without charge. A successfully paid order cannot be cancelled after digital delivery has begun, except where a refund is available below or required by applicable law.
Seven-day refund window
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of payment if the PDF for that product has not been downloaded. The Live Plan and Business Abroad Guide are separate products; download activity and eligibility are assessed separately for the product named in the request.
Problems we will correct
A refund or access correction may also be considered when:
- the same order was charged more than once;
- payment was captured but the purchased product was not delivered;
- a verified technical fault prevents access and cannot be resolved; or
- the delivered product is materially different from the product description.
What is not normally refundable
A change of mind after downloading the paid PDF, an unsuccessful university or scholarship application, a visa decision, or changes made by a university, funder or government do not normally qualify for a refund. Routewise does not guarantee those external outcomes.
How to request a refund
Use the email on the Contact Us page and write from the email used at checkout. Include the product name, Razorpay payment or order ID, payment date and a short explanation. Do not email card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank passwords.
Review and payment timeline
Routewise aims to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through Razorpay. After initiation, the bank or payment provider controls the final credit time; it may take several business days. We will share the available refund reference when processing is complete.
Statutory rights
