What is delivered
Routewise sells digital study-abroad planning products. Nothing is sent by courier or post, and no physical shipping charge applies.
Delivery method
After Razorpay confirms a successful payment, access is normally granted immediately in the same browser. The buyer can open the purchased plan and download its PDF. A product-specific secure cookie is used to retain access; it does not contain payment credentials.
Delivery timing
Most successful orders are available within a few minutes. Bank delays, interrupted checkout, late payment confirmation or temporary service issues may delay access. Do not pay again if money was debited but the confirmation page did not appear—contact us with the order details first.
Restoring access
If the browser cookie is cleared or you change devices, use the verified email recovery option with the same email used at checkout. Purchased access and downloaded PDFs remain available permanently; source maintenance for the 2027/28 products is promised through 31 October 2028.
Delivery problems
If a captured payment does not unlock the correct product, contact Routewise through the Contact Us page. Include the product, payment date and Razorpay payment or order ID. Eligibility for refunds is described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
